You can choose between 2 types of breathing exercises: Box Breathing and Relax Breathing. Box Breathing is often used to reduce stress or anxiety. Relax Breathing can help with falling asleep and calming down.
Tap the choice you want to do. As the circle grows, take in a breath. When it stops, hold your breath. As it decreases breath out. If it holds, hold your breath after breathing out. Breath in again as the cycle repeats.
